Yaa Devi Sarva-Bhutessu Shakti-Ruupenna Samsthitaa |
Namas-Tasyai Namas-Tasyai Namas-Tasyai Namo Namah ||

To that Devi Who in All Beings is Abiding in the Form of Power,
Salutations to Her, Salutations to Her, Salutations to Her, Salutations again and again.

Shirdi Saibaba Mandir (HSSS) is very happy to announce Navratri and Baba punyatithi celebrations.

‘Navratri’ literally translates to nine nights for which the festival is observed. During these 9 days/nights, nine forms or incarnations of Goddess Durga are worshipped. The festival honours and celebrates Goddess Durga for defeating the demon Mahishasura in a battle.

Vijayadashami is celebrated as the victory of good over evil. For Sai devotees, this day is more special and considered as the holy day that their beloved Gurudeva (Saibaba) attained Mahasamadhi (also known as Punyatithi).

Saibaba attained Maha Samadhi on 15th October 1918 on Vijayadashami day. This year marks 103rd year of punyatithi day.
Devotees can participate in all special poojas planned for all 9 days and also sponsor any special poojas or services.
As part of these Navratri and Punyatithi celebrations HSSS has planned multiple pooja services opportunities, including…
  • Lalitha sahasranama recital for all 9 days (please check the flyer for timing and details)
  • Sarasvathi devi pooja on Oct 11, 6:30 pm
  • Durga devi homam on Oct 13th, 6:30 pm
  • Sai Homam and Sai Abhishekam on Oct 14th
  • Durga devi pooja on Oct 14th
  • Ravana dahanam on Oct 14th
Please check the flyer for more details on pooja services and sponsorship opportunities.
Priest Sri Keshava Shastry garu will be performing these poojas and guiding all devotees 🙏
HSSS invites all devotees to join us on all days for Navratri and Punyatithi celebrations and get blessings from Godess Durga and Baba.
